We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Alexis Gamel. We currently live in Philadelphia Pa and looking for a second home with our son in Jacksonville Beach. We got in contact with Alexis and she immediately started searching for houses within our budget and desired location. We knew instantly she was the right one to help us find exactly what we wanted. She is honest and hands-on (she FaceTime us while walking through houses) and answered all the questions we had and was always so nice. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" she helped us from the beginning until closing!! When we finally went to see the house in person, Alexis had the front door decorated with a big red bow and a yard sign welcoming us to the neighborhood!! When we entered into the house she had a photo of our house framed with our last name on it!! What a wonderful beautiful surprise!! We couldn’t believe all this. Alexis got me way for my home than I thought was possible for in a very short amount of time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market I was in and the process and helped me through the process I’m a very efficient manner. Alexis knows literally everyone - builders, realtors, even the settlement agent knew her by first name. I couldn’t have completed this transaction so smooth with anyone but Alexis. I have NEVER worked with a realtor who made the process of leasing a property so simple. Every time you lease a property there are standard applications required. It’s not rocket science. She did her job and it was that simple. I did not know Alexis before, but she would be the first person I would call for any real estate needs!!!
