Alexis knows literally everyone - builders, realtors, even the settlement agent knew her by first name. I couldn’t have completed this transaction so smooth with anyone but Alexis. If you need a realtor (and even if you think you don’t) I strongly recommend using Alexis!!!

    We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Alexis Gamel. We currently live in Philadelphia Pa and looking for a second home with our son in Jacksonville Beach. We got in contact with Alexis and she immediately started searching for houses within our budget and desired location. We knew instantly she was the right one to help us find exactly what we wanted. She is honest and hands-on (she FaceTime us while walking through houses) and answered all the questions we had and was always so nice. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" she helped us from the beginning until closing!! When we finally went to see the house in person, Alexis had the front door decorated with a big red bow and a yard sign welcoming us to the neighborhood!! When we entered into the house she had a photo of our house framed with our last name on it!! What a wonderful beautiful surprise!! We couldn’t believe all this. Our house was even better than we expected and we couldn’t of ask for a better realtor!! Alexis is the absolutely the best!!
